If any healthcare professional we place ceases employment within ninety (90) calendar days from their start date for any reason (excluding position elimination by the employer), we will provide a replacement candidate within 45 days at no additional cost. This replacement search will follow the same parameters and quality standards as the original healthcare recruitment process.

If we cannot provide a suitable replacement within this timeframe, we will issue a full refund of our recruiting fee. This guarantee demonstrates our confidence in our ability to create lasting matches between healthcare organizations and talented professionals.
This guarantee is contingent upon timely fee payment and prompt notification of any employment termination.
