After more than a decade in corporate recruiting, Sol and his team at US Career Partners reached a turning point. We stepped back, took a deep breath, and rediscovered what truly matters. This reflection sparked a transformation—from simply closing deals to meaningfully impacting people's lives. And so, US Career Partners was born.

Sol Goldberg
Founder and President
With more than a decade of diverse professional experience, Sol has redefined healthcare recruiting by focusing on values-driven matches that foster long-term success for both professionals and organizations. His work spans wound care, long-term care, health clinics, recuperative care, and healthcare finance, helping healthcare providers build teams where purpose and expertise go hand in hand.

Before launching US Career Partners, Sol applied his analytical skills as a Stock Portfolio Strategist at a fintech startup, where he developed contrarian investment strategies and achieved notable successes, including a 117% return in the energy sector during the COVID-19 downturn. Earlier in his career, he served as a Lecturer and Mentor at the Yeshiva of New York, where he taught Talmudic analysis and guided students in ethics, law, and personal development.
